Job summary

The Millennium School in Assam is seeking an Academic Coordinator with 4+ years of experience in Education / Edtech to lead curriculum implementation and ensure quality across the territory.

You will train teachers and CLOs, conduct center visits, run academic audits, and drive parent and teacher orientation programs, with travel up to 15 days per month.

Qualifications

• Excellent command over English and Hindi.
• Should be familiar with the preschool industry.
• Preschool Franchising knowledge will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a month.
• Well versed with early childhood curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Providing training in curriculum implementation
• Conducting center visits for operational support
• Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers
• Orientation programs for parents and teachers
• Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
• Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned
• Ensuring regular teacher and CLO training for the assigned centers
• Maintaining centers as per LMEPL norms
