Job summary

Lighthouse Learning is seeking a training-focused professional to drive franchise excellence by familiarizing educators with the Lighthouse Learning philosophy and training them on new products and EK curriculum. You will implement pre-service and in-service training for franchise partners and teachers, and support center staff across India and international markets.

Qualifications

• Graduate ECC Ed./Montessori trained/NTT with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
• Experience in training educators and franchise staff is desirable.
• Ability to design and deliver teacher trainings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate franchise effectiveness by providing pre-service and in-service training for partners.
• Conduct Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training.
• Build rapport with partners and support implementation of key initiatives and compliance.
• Train EuroKids Centers for India and International Markets.
• Assist in hiring franchise staff and strengthen franchise operations.
• Ensure academic excellence through regular training at franchise and cluster levels.
• Measure satisfaction of internal and external customers via Parent Orientation Programs and workshops.
• Conduct teacher workshops, provide teacher observation reports and feedback for class observations.
• Collaborate in planning, designing, and implementing teaching modules.
• Undertake quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum.

Job description

Purpose:

The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with Lighthouse Learning philosophy; train them in new products & programs and facilitate implementation of EK curriculum.

Role and responsibilities:

1. To facilitate franchise effectiveness by:

• Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners
• Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training
• Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance
• Training EuroKids Centers for India and International Markets
• Assisting in hiring franchise staff.

2. To ensure academic excellence by:

• Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.
• Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions
• Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and providing feedback for class observation.
• Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules
• Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum

Experience and Qualification:

Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT females with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
