Job summary

The Millennium School is seeking an Academic Coordinator for Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane to oversee training, curriculum implementation, and center quality assurance. The role involves frequent travel within the territory and active mentoring of centers to uphold high educational standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong English and Marathi communication, deep knowledge of early childhood curriculums, and familiarity with preschool franchise operations, with a willingness to travel up to 15

Qualifications

• Excellent command over English and Marathi.
• Should be familiar with the preschool industry.
• Preschool Franchising knowledge will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a month.
• Well versed with early childhood curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Providing training in curriculum implementation.
• Conducting center visits for operational support.
• Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers.
• Orientation programs for parents and teachers.
• Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers.
• Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned.
• Ensuring regular teacher and CLO training for the assigned centers.
• Maintaining centers as per LMEPL norms.
