• Follow up with prospective students and support them through the admission process.
• Coordinate with the application team to ensure smooth and timely application processing.
• Maintain accurate student records, follow-up details, and counselling reports.
• Stay updated on university requirements, admission policies, intakes, and changes in the overseas education sector.
• Participate in education fairs, university events, seminars, school/college outreach programs, and other promotional activities when required.
• Achieve assigned counselling, application, and enrolment targets.
