Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Student Counselor role based in Kozhikode. The Student Counselor will support prospective and current students in understanding study abroad options, including programs, destinations, universities, and admission requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with course and university selection, and guiding students through the application, documentation, and visa processes. The role involves responding to student and parent inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing follow-up to ensure a smooth experience. The Student Counselor will collaborate with the wider team to deliver information sessions, workshops, and events, while promoting Guidbay Study Abroad’s programs through professional communication and excellent customer service.
