Job summary

Polymed is seeking an Area Business Manager in Hyderabad to drive sales of Infusion Therapy, Catheters, Wound Drainage, and Anesthesia & Respiratory Care products in the assigned territory. You will work to achieve revenue goals, build distributor and direct sales channels, and manage key accounts with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharma/medical devices sales experience and degrees in Pharma/Science along with an MBA in Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales in Pharma/Medical devices industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Infusion Therapy, Catheters, Wound Drainage, and Anesthesia & Respiratory Care products in the assigned territory.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals of the region across all customer segments.
• Identify, develop, and manage distributors and direct sales channels in the area.
• Develop and monitor sales activities and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Identify market development opportunities and drive unit growth, profitability, and category share for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with purchase authorities and distributors/dealers to ensure timely supply and liquidation of products.
• Engage programmatically with Key accounts.
