Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safe shut down and start-up of boilers and boiler auxiliaries.
• Handing over equipment for maintenance and taking over after maintenance.
• Observe pressure, temperature, and draft meters on panel.
• Ensure HSSE/EHS standards on project sites.
• Assist in supervising site staff and safety compliance.

Job description

1.Basic Function

• a) Responsible for the loading of the fuel & water into the boiler.

2. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• a) Responsible for safe shut down and start-up of boilers & boiler auxiliaries. To make sure that the boilers are operating at an optimal condition and adjust the controls of Biomass fuel, water, compressors and steam.
• b) Handing over of equipment for maintenance & inspection and taking over after maintenance.
• c) Observes pressure, temperature, and draft meters on panel to verify specified operation of automatic combustion control systems, feed water regulators.
• d) Ensure secrecy of database, technological initiatives and business plans of the Company
• e) Monitoring and supervision of insurances.
• f) Ensure secrecy of database, technological initiatives and business plans of the Company.
• g) Monitor HSSE / EHS standards of Project Sites in consultation with Sites in Charge and as per Company Policy
• h) Any task assigned by Management.
