Candidates should have hands-on experience with Spine animations, game engines, and AI-driven previsualization tools, plus a keen eye for UI motion and asset optimization on mobile and web platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in slot game development.
• Familiarity with AI-powered animation concepting tools.
• Experience with Spine features: meshes, weighted bones, IK constraints, skins, path constraints.
• Experience integrating Spine animations into game engines (Unity, Cocos, PixiJS, or HTML5 runtimes).
• Understanding of slot game mechanics (reels, win celebrations, free spins, bonus features).
• Experience with particle effects and VFX tools (Unity Particle System, After Effects plugins like Trapcode, or Spine-compatible).
• Basic illustration or concept art to rough out ideas.
• Knowledge of texture atlases, sprite optimization, memory budgeting for mobile/web.

We are seeking a talented Animator with a strong background in gaming and a passion for creating visually engaging slot game experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring animation expertise, combining technical mastery of 2D tools with creative storytelling that enhances gameplay.

Required Experience

• Experience in slot game development is highly desirable, and familiarity with AI-powered animation concepting tools will set you apart.
• Experience with Spine features like meshes, weighted bones, IK constraints, skins, and path constraints for complex character and symbol animations
• Familiarity with integrating Spine animations into game engines (Unity, Cocos, PixiJS, or HTML5 runtimes)
• Understanding of slot game mechanics such as reels, win celebrations, big win/mega win sequences, free spins, and bonus features
• Experience with particle effects and VFX tools (Unity Particle System, After Effects plugins like Trapcode, or Spine-compatible particle workflows)
• Basic illustration or concept art skills to rough out ideas or adjust assets on your own
• Knowledge of texture atlases, sprite optimization, and memory budgeting for mobile and web platforms
• Exposure to the US gaming market and an understanding of what players there respond to visually
• Experience creating UI animations (buttons, transitions, pop-ups, loaders) alongside in-game animation
• Comfort with version control tools like Git or Perforce in a team pipeline
• Hands-on experience with AI video or motion tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, etc.) used to speed up previsualization
