Job summary

Bonanza Interactive LLP in India is seeking a talented 2D Spine Animator to join our creative team. You will bring characters, environments, and UI elements to life for our slot and casual games, leveraging Spine along with Photoshop and After Effects.

You will collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to ensure smooth animation integration, optimize performance, maintain art style consistency, and contribute fresh ideas to storytelling across projects.

• Create high-quality 2D animations for characters, objects, and game environments using Spine.
• Work closely with Game Designers, Artists, and Developers to ensure smooth animation integration.
• Design and animate UI transitions, effects, and other interactive elements.
• Use Photoshop and After Effects for creating/editing assets and special effects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Spine animation software.
• Solid understanding of 2D animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, anticipation, etc.).
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop for asset creation and editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and special effects.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, art, development).
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in gaming, slot games, motion graphics or mobile game development.
• Knowledge of game production pipelines.
• Creative portfolio/demo reel showcasing 2D Spine animations.
