• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
• Validate designs for functionality, safety, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Implement design modifications based on feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.

As a 3D Design Engineer you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models and technical drawings that will serve as the foundation for our fabrication and manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that they meet the functional requirements. Your expertise in 3D modeling software and understanding of fabrication processes will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality and precision-engineered products to our customers.

3D Modeling and Design

• Create 3D models of components, assemblies, and structures using industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Transform conceptual designs and ideas into detailed technical drawings, considering material specifications, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards.

Collaboration with Engineering Team & others

• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
• Ensure that design concepts align with engineering principles and can be effectively fabricated.
• Validate designs for functionality, safety, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Implement design modifications based on feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.
• Collaborate with the production team to address manufacturing challenges and ensure smooth production processes.

Documentation and Technical Drawings

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, including orthographic views, exploded views, and assembly drawings, with accurate dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design iterations, changes, and revisions.

Quality Assurance

• Work closely with the quality team to ensure that design outputs meet the required quality standards.
• Participate in design reviews and quality control activities.
