The candidate will work as a Network Engineer.

We are looking to hire an experienced Network Engineer with a strong focus on SD-WAN, particularly Cisco SD-WAN solutions, and Cisco Catalyst switching. The candidate should bring a solid foundation in enterprise networking with hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and managing SD-WAN environments. Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Cisco SD-WAN deployments across the enterprise.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches for campus and remote site connectivity.
• Support WAN and LAN infrastructure, including routing (OSPF, BGP) and high availability setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and ongoing support.
• Work on proactive monitoring, issue identification, and performance tuning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for troubleshooting and escalations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles.
• Expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela or Meraki) – deployment and support.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switches, VLANs, trunking, STP, and access control.
• Proficient in routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, and policy-based routing.
• Good understanding of WAN technologies such as MPLS, IPsec, GRE tunnels, etc.
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools – Wireshark, NetFlow, and SNMP-based tools.
• Cisco certification (e.g., CCNP Enterprise or SD-WAN Specialist) is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls– policies, NAT, routing.
• Familiarity with tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or other NMS platforms.
• Experience working in distributed multi-site or hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
