You will work across SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma, Cisco technologies, LAN/WLAN, VPN, and network security platforms, coordinating with NOC engineers to ensure stability and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of SD-WAN, ISE, and firewall technologies, and is comfortable with AI-driven analytics for performance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Network and Security domain.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma / Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco SDA and Cisco DNA Center.
• Experience managing SD-WAN environments.
• Expertise in Cisco ISE for network access control and policy management.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPN, NAT, and security policy configurations.
• Experience managing LAN/WLAN infrastructure and wireless controllers.
• Knowledge of DDI technologies including DHCP, DNS, and Infoblox platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Meraki.
• Strong understanding of Routing & Switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, and Layer 2/3 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise network services including Palo Alto Prisma, SD-WAN, Cisco SDA, Firewalls, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP/DNS, and Cisco ISE.
• Design and deploy network solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Handle P1/P2 incidents and drive root cause analysis and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with L1/L2 NOC engineers and cross-functional technology teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics and monitoring tools to optimize network performance and security posture.
• Maintain and manage SD-WAN devices, switches, wireless access points, controllers, Infoblox, and WAN infrastructure.
• Manage network asset lifecycle including hardware, software licenses, and AMC tracking.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to maintain a secure and optimized network environment.
• Plan and govern IP address allocation and maintain network architecture documentation.
• Troubleshoot LAN cabling, WAN connectivity, routing, and switching issues.
• Monitor enterprise network infrastructure using SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Meraki platforms.
