A motor sales apprenticeship with Toyota Naas offers a pathway into a sales career in the automotive sector, combining on-the-job training with off-the-job learning at an approved training center to develop skills in customer service, product knowledge, and the sales process, with hands-on sales experience.
You will be allocated a workplace mentor during your first year of employment to coach, mentor and guide you for the duration.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have gained a range of skills, knowledge, experience, and competencies necessary to embark on a career as a sales specialist in the Motor Industry.
The successful candidate will be working in a busy showroom with a team of dedicated sales professionals.
