Head of School. Mater Dei Academy is currently seeking a Head of School. Mater Dei Academy is a Catholic classical second‑level school for boys and girls in Cork, Ireland. The mission of the Academy is to create a Christ‑centred school community, dedicated to our students’ formation in the Faith, academic excellence, and the evangelisation of society, rooted in the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. The Board of Trustees at the Academy is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious leader to serve as Head of School. Your mission is to deepen the commitment to Faith formation and academic excellence, to grow Mater Dei Academy through student admissions, to effectively manage and lead the faculty of the Academy, and to serve as an evangelisist for Catholic classical education in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have an unwavering commitment to the mission of the Academy, a proven track record in education and/or management, demonstrated excellence in teaching, and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
