Qualifications

• Level 7 or 8 qualification in Applied Social Studies required.
• 1-year experience in a residential setting is essential.
• Car and full manual license necessary.
• Must have full flexibility to work a residential roster.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate excellent practice in rebuilding children’s lives.
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment for young people.
• Advocate for the rights and responsibilities of each young person.
• Supervise outings and undertake daily household activities.
• Support with challenging behaviors physically when necessary.
