Staff Software Engineer (Dublin Hybrid)

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Staff Software Developer passionate about building a world-class platform through a world-class team. Creating technical software excellence and spearheading application development in design, implementation, and maintenance to make magic happen.

One of the biggest challenges that treasury teams have today is being able to see a full picture of their liquidity. CFOs and finance teams also struggle with fragmented workflows, limited portfolio visibility, and increasing compliance demands, making it difficult to optimize liquidity, mitigate risks, and ensure accurate reporting.

GTreasury's Financial Instruments (FI) solution centralizes portfolio management, streamlines workflows, provides real-time liquidity updates, and consolidates financial data into a single dashboard, reducing manual efforts and improving cash visibility. With tools for compliance, risk analysis, and reporting, it empowers finance teams to make confident, data-driven decisions and optimize financial strategies.

This Agile team self-organizes and takes full ownership over the lifecycle of their product. They're a scrappy bunch of hardcore problem solvers who thrive on big challenges, celebrate success, and work together as one.

• Partner with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and implement cutting-edge application features across front-end, server-side, and database tiers
• Utilize Azure services to craft powerful, scalable, and resilient cloud-based solutions
• Enhance our software applications and work with delivery pipelines, feature flags, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
• Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional (performance, security) testing to guarantee our software is production-ready
• Leverage observability tools and logging to troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments
• Share your enthusiasm for tech trends, explore and learn new technologies, engage with tech communities, mentor fellow engineers, and lead in technical design and code evaluations
• Always seek ways to enhance team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices, striving for excellence in every practice
• Ensure all work aligns with quality, operational, and architectural standards, contributing to the overarching success of our organization
• Facilitate the configuration of no/low-code bank connectors with top-tier financial institutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of application development experience
• An expert in application development and best practices for cloud architecture and deployment
• Proven ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
• Skilled in reviewing and estimating user stories as part of an agile development process
• Extensive experience with Azure Services
• Deep knowledge and expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#
• Expert in Microsoft SQL Server database development
• Highly accomplished in building web applications using Angular with TypeScript, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Skilled in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience in production application support
• Daily use of integrated development environments (IDEs) Visual Studio
• Solid understanding of Windows operating system principles and administration
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
