  • Lead the Woundcare, Orthopaedic, and Compression/Lymphology division.
  • Build a high-performance sales organization.
  • Plan and oversee sales activities.
  • Develop national strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans.
  • Forecast annual sales targets and profit.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Specialists.
  • Perform field visits to enhance sales skills.
  • Establish professional relationships with key supplier personnel.
  • Research and identify new customers and market opportunities.
  • Manage national accounts and project tenders.
