An international commercial bank in Dublin is seeking a VP - Operational Resilience Testing Lead to support the Operational Resilience Team. This role involves managing DORA activities and compliance with banking regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in ICT Risk Management, strong leadership skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities. This is a hybrid position with a focus on Compliance and offers a negotiable salary.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operational or Enterprise Risk.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
- Previous management experience in a related field.
Responsabilités
- Support the head of the team with all activities.
- Lead DORA activities for the Operational Resilience Team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
Connaissances

You will:
- Support the head of the team with all activities
- Lead all relevant DORA activities for the Operational Resilience Team
- Work with various stakeholders and SMEs across the business
- Comply with all local and overseas banking regulations and compliance
The candidate will have:
- Exposure to ICT Risk Management
- Strong knowledge of DORA
- Ability to deliver testing capabilities for Op Resilience and BCM
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management
