Job summary

A support services company is seeking a Retail Support Engineer to provide customer service and support for cash handling systems in Ireland. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical support abilities, and a full driving license. The ideal candidate will have experience as a mobile engineer in the cash handling service industry. Training may be provided for specific products. Qualifications

  • Experience of working as a mobile engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake Customer Service and Support activities for cash handling systems.
  • Report to the Head of Customer Services on new client installations.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels of equipment and spare parts.

Skills

Good understanding of electronic and mechanical systems
Excellent customer service skills
IT skills and use of PDA/smartphone device software
Full Irish/EU driving license
