Responsibilities

• Support hardware asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, refresh, recovery, and disposal.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employee technology requests.
• Coordinate hardware and software procurement activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset compliance.
• Manage equipment liaison, shipping, and returns.
• Support meeting room technologies and workplace collaboration tools.
• Partner with vendors, Procurement, Facilities, and IT teams.
• Assist with software asset management and licensing activities.
• Support office moves, expansion projects, and workplace technology deployments.
