Job summary

SAKSOFT PTE LIMITED in Dublin, Ireland seeks an Operations Analyst & Service Support to manage end-to-end resource processes and drive efficiency. You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding with hiring managers and maintain accurate records across departments.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and data reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years in a similar setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a finance institution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end resource processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract extensions and headcount tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with hiring and line managers and perform Division Admin in Workday.
• Track contingent worker contracts, renewals, and access cards.
• Maintain records of resources across departments and budgets.
• Support budgeting activities for Headcount/FTE/Professional Services.
• Generate monthly and ad hoc reports on headcount, budgets, and movements.
• Assist audit and compliance requests related to resources.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
