Job summary

Kearys Motor Group in Cork currently seeks a Workshop Controller to join its Hyundai service team at Kearys Hyundai, Kinsale Road Roundabout. You will supervise technicians, ensure quality and efficiency, and maintain workshop discipline.

Responsibilities

To supervise the workshop and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.
To instruct Technicians concerning repair procedures and contact Manufacturer Technical Department if necessary.
To inform Service Advisors of additional work required and instruct Technicians as necessary.
To approve work order and ensure times allotted are not exceeded and that additional work is recorded accurately.
To test drive vehicles after completion of work, to monitor quality control.
To arrange Emergency Service coverage as specified by Service Manager.
