Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with high numeracy and literacy skills.
• Full, clean EU driving licence is an absolute requirement.
• Qualified Technician/Mechanic with certificates is extremely desirable.

Responsabilités

• Workshop Control: Managing the workshop through efficient operation of the work loading system.
• Upselling: Selling value-added and incremental products through effective communication with customers, technicians, and team members.
• Professional Standards: Demonstrating due diligence, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
• Data Processing: Recording and processing information on work carried out to customer vehicles via the work loading system.
