Job summary

FT Workforce is currently recruiting an experienced Working Foreman for ongoing construction and refurbishment projects in County Wicklow. The role covers two sites, Arklow and Wicklow Town, with an immediate start and €35 per hour.

You will supervise day‑to‑day works on site, manage trades, ensure quality and schedule, while remaining hands‑on when required. There is strong potential for this role to develop into full-time, permanent employment with a long-term opportunity with an established

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general construction and building repair works.
• Ability to supervise a team while remaining hands-on.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Safe Pass and relevant construction qualifications.
• Full driving licence is an advantage.

Working Foreman - Immediate Start

FT Workforce is currently recruiting an experienced Working Foreman for ongoing construction and refurbishment projects in County Wicklow.

The successful candidate will work across two projects with the company, one in Arklow and one in Wicklow Town.

The Projects

Arklow: Working on the refurbishment and repair of a large, historic Georgian building. The works include general building repairs, maintenance, repairs to existing gates and other associated construction works.

Wicklow Town: Working on a project involving fire doors, partitioning and general building works.

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Working Foreman who can oversee works on site while also getting involved with the practical side of the job.
