Inform3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman for a busy residential project in South Dublin. The role is hands-on on site, coordinating trades and supervising activities to ensure high-quality works.

The successful candidate will lead on-site activities, collaborate with site management and subcontractors, and maintain quality while keeping progress on schedule. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman / Site Foreman.
• Strong hands-on construction experience.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
• Good understanding of construction practices and site procedures.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be hands‑on and comfortable working on the tools, while also taking responsibility for coordinating site activities, supervising trades and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
