Vision Contracting is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead our Limerick projects. The role focuses on directing day‑to‑day site activities, coordinating trades, and delivering high‑quality work safely on busy construction sites.

You will manage trades, read drawings, and ensure work aligns with technical specifications, while maintaining strict safety and reporting standards. A Safe Pass certification and relevant tickets are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and site management.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and ensure works align with technical requirements.
• Safe Pass and relevant tickets required.

Responsibilities
