Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting a Non-Fare Revenue Analyst to join the Yield Department. This role is based at Ryanair’s Head Office in Airside Business Park, Swords.

The successful candidate will manage and optimise revenue across Ryanair’s ancillary products, with a focus on data-driven commercial decisions, booking flow, and e-commerce strategies. Strong analytics, pricing, and forecasting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Revenue management and optimisation.
• Good analytical skills with previous experience in Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Excel to an advanced level, and experience with SQL is a plus.
• Strategic Thinker with Presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with pricing, forecasting, or e-commerce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the optimal ancillary revenue strategy across products, route groups and seasons.
• Analyse ancillary revenue trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Design and run A/B pricing tests to optimise pricing.
• Collaborate with Labs and Finance to improve pricing models.
• Budget, forecast and report ancillary performance and KPIs.
• Improve reporting and visualisation for ancillary products.
