Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. is recruiting a Non-Fare Revenue Analyst to join the Yield Department at Head Office in Swords. You will drive ancillary revenue, analyse data, and influence pricing, booking flow and e-commerce strategies to optimise revenue across Ryanair’s product portfolio.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in revenue management and advanced Excel, with SQL as a plus. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to cross‑functional projects to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management and optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis background.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with good presentation and communication abilities.
• Experience with pricing, forecasting, or e-commerce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement optimal ancillary revenue strategies across products and routes.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Design and run A/B pricing tests and improve pricing models with Labs and Finance.
• Budget, forecast and report ancillary performance; ensure budgets are met.
• Improve reporting for ancillary products and build visualization tools.
• Promote conversion of ancillary products in collaboration with Digital.
• Analyse booking flow and guide e-commerce projects to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑department teams on distribution and channels.
• Provide daily and weekly KPI reporting; generate detailed senior mgmt analyses.
