Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting a Non-Fare Revenue Analyst to join the Yield Department at Head Office in Airside Business Park, Swords. The role focuses on managing and optimising revenue across Ryanair’s ancillary products, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in revenue management and proficiency with Excel and SQL.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
• Background in revenue management or pricing optimization.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics and booking flow optimization.
• Familiarity with pricing, forecasting, or non-fare revenue projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the optimal ancillary revenue strategy across products and routes.
• Analyze ancillary revenue trends and adapt strategies to emerging patterns.
• Design and run A/B pricing tests to identify optimal strategies.
• Collaborate with Labs, Finance and Digital to improve pricing models and conversion.
• Budget, forecast and monitor ancillary performance against targets.
• Lead reporting on KPIs and provide detailed analyses for Senior Management.
• Monitor competitor pricing to keep total basket pricing competitive.
