Job summary

Navan Adventure Centre is seeking a Part-time Receptionist / Activity Coordinator to join our team in Navan. The role blends front-of-house duties with outdoor activity coordination and weekend availability.

You will welcome customers, handle bookings and payments, manage enquiries, and help prepare party rooms. The role also involves supervising activities, giving safety briefings, and supporting group leaders during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly first impression at reception.
• Check in customers, take payments, and manage bookings as needed.
• Assist with general queries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Prepare and set up party rooms for arrivals; keep areas clean between bookings.
• Serve customers in the tuck shop and maintain stock.
• Welcome and check in groups for parties and school tours.
• Set up activity areas, supervise sessions, and give safety briefings.
