Job summary

Indoor Padel Ireland in Navan is seeking a Front of House Team Member to ensure a high‑quality customer experience and smooth daily operations at Meath’s first indoor padel club. The role suits a proactive, organised individual who enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities include guest service, bookings support, and facility upkeep. Morning, evening, and weekend shifts are required, with a roster across 5 days in a 7‑day operation. Salary is paid at €15.15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors.
• Assist day‑to‑day facility operations.
• Support bookings, enquiries, and customer check‑ins.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to uphold brand standards.
• Handle opening and closing of the facility.
• Assist in ordering stock from suppliers.
• Help run events and tournaments.

About Us

Indoor Padel Ireland is Meath’s first Indoor Padel Club. Located in Navan, the venue will feature six indoor padel courts. The facility will include a comfortable players’ lounge and viewing area to create a welcoming social environment serving food and beverages. Modern changing rooms and a sauna will support player comfort and recovery, offering a premium experience. Indoor Padel Ireland aims to become a vibrant community hub for padel and social sport in the region.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to assist in daily operations, ensure a high‑quality customer experience, and contribute to the smooth running of Meath’s first indoor padel club. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, flexible and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors
• Assist day‑to‑day facility operations
• Support bookings, enquiries, and customer check‑ins
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with the management team to uphold brand standards
• Handle administrative or operational tasks, including opening and closing the facility
• Assist in ordering stock from suppliers
• Assist in running events and tournaments

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A very outgoing person is required
• Flexible working mornings, evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and stay organised
• Positive attitude and customer‑focused mindset
• Experience in customer facing roles
• Previous Customer Facing Experience: 1 year+
• Must live in a commutable distance to Navan
• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts; rostered 5 days across a 7‑day operation with variable shift times
