Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or similar is preferred.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out professionally and efficiently.
• Answer calls and assist guests promptly.
• Complete daily reports on time and coordinate with departments.
• Input reservations from third-party websites and phone bookings.
• Manage arrivals, departures, and meeting room bookings.
• Maintain cash handling and float procedures accurately.
• Represent the hotel in a courteous and professional manner.
