Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking an On Call Coordinator to support the scheduling team during night weekends and public holidays. You will cover shifts on Friday afternoon to Monday morning on every 2nd weekend, ensuring seamless client and caregiver communications.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate discretion, integrity and excellent communication. You will manage records, issue follow-ups, and maintain professional standards while coordinating with staff and owners.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner and route to staff.
• Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the operating system.
• Communicate client or caregiver concerns to appropriate staff.
• Ensure Dovida standards are met and upheld.
• Log EP responders in the IQ system.
• Take messages and follow up on log-in alerts.
• Record queries and send reports by email.
• Communicate openly with owner, colleagues and caregivers.
