Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking an On Call Coordinator to support our scheduling team in Ireland. The role involves covering early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a week-on/week-off pattern.

You will coordinate between clients, caregivers and staff, ensuring accurate records and timely responses. Applicants should demonstrate discretion, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner and route to staff.
• Enter and maintain client and caregiver records in the operating system.
• Communicate client or caregiver concerns to the owner or staff.
• Ensure Dovida standards are met and upheld.
• Log EP responder entries in the IQ system manually.
• Take messages and follow up on login alerts in the IQ system.
• Record all queries and prepare/send reports by email.
• Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and caregivers.
