Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to organise rotas, manage client and caregiver relationships, and oversee scheduling using our CRM system. The role emphasizes professional communication, strong organisation, and discretion within a care-focused team.

Successful candidates will coordinate with office staff and caregivers, ensure accurate records, and contribute to a high standard of service delivery across our Irish offices.

• Ability to organise and prioritise daily, quarterly, monthly and yearly work.

• Ability to establish good working relationships with office colleagues, clients and caregivers.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organise all rotas and staffing requirements (roster shifts).
• Monitor, mediate and log client and caregiver concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Encourage contact between caregivers, clients and the office.
• Maintain Client service schedule using People Planner CRM.
• Enter and maintain Client and Caregiver records.
• Record Caregiver hours and input into People Planner.
• Handle emergencies decisively and effectively.
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Participate in meetings related to scheduling and rotas.
• Perform any other necessary duties.
