Sanderson are partnering with a leading sustainability organisation to recruit Website Analytic Executive to lead the management, optimisation and performance of the organisation's website, using analytics-driven insights to enhance user experience and digital engagement.
This role will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will lead the ongoing management, optimisation and enhancement of the organisation's website.
The role requires strong expertise in website management, digital analytics, SEO, content management systems, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver web projects and drive continuous improvement across digital channels.
This position would suit a highly organised, data-driven digital professional with experience managing a significant online presence within a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management and Optimisation
- Oversee website performance, security, maintenance and updates.
- Support website governance and business continuity planning.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and search performance.
- Manage and optimise PPC activities related to website traffic and conversion objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, accessibility and user experience.
Content Management and User Support
- Act as a point of contact for website-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Support content owners and editors with publishing and content updates.
- Deliver CMS training sessions for new and existing website users.
- Maintain ongoing communication and guidance for content contributors.
- Promote best practice across content creation and publishing processes.
Stakeholder Management and Project Delivery
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and develop business cases for web initiatives.
- Manage web projects from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and agency partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation activities relating to web services and projects.
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams to align digital initiatives with organisational goals.
Analytics and Performance Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate website performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
- Produce actionable insights and performance reports to support digital decision-making.
- Ensure digital campaigns are appropriately tracked and measured.
- Recommend improvements based on user behaviour and performance data.
- Support ongoing optimisation through testing and analysis.
- Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of website management and governance.
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, web content creation and writing for digital channels.
- Understanding of accessibility standards, data protection requirements and digital compliance.
- Experience using web analytics tools, particularly GA4.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Degree qualification (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a significant website or digital platform within a large or complex organisation.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-level content management systems.
- Proven experience in web analytics (GA4), reporting and digital performance optimisation.
- Experience delivering website-related projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presenting.
- Advanced IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
