Back 4 Good are working on a key assignment for a State Organisation who are currently reviewing and updating their website with a goal of placing the customer at the heart of its design.

They are looking for a project manager that can bring their experience to the redevelopment of the website. You will have the opportunity to review all aspects, including the structure, user experience and capabilities, as well as the operating model required to maintain and develop it.

Starting by defining scope, success criteria, resources and governance needed for the project, you will then work with a UX specialist to deliver the website design.

• Substantial experience of developing customer‑centric website strategies and delivering the resultant technical solutions in fast‑paced environments
• Experience working with agile/lean development environments
• Experience of re‑platforming
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and service users
