You will support the delivery and optimisation of the PwC Ireland website and associated digital channels, working closely with colleagues across design, content and campaigns, and contribute to the creation of high‑quality, accessible and user‑focused web experiences that support client engagement and position PwC as a leading professional services firm.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with designers and content specialists to translate content and concepts into functional web experiences
  • Contribute to ongoing website optimisation, including page performance, accessibility and usability improvements
  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution across the website and digital channels
  • Assist in the creation of simple wireframes and prototypes to support campaign and content development
  • Apply brand and design standards consistently across all digital outputs
  • Use analytics and user behaviour data to support continuous improvement of site structure and user journeys
  • Ensure content and components are optimised for cross‑device and cross‑browser compatibility
  • Support integrated campaign delivery across web and digital channels
  • Apply HTML, CSS and JavaScript to support responsive, accessible and performant front‑end implementation, including troubleshooting and customisations
Qualifications
  • Education: A recognised degree (or equivalent) in Web Development, Digital Media, Interactive Design or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2 years’ relevant experience, through internships, placements or early career roles. Experience working in a collaborative or project‑based environment is beneficial.
  • Skills and capabilities:
    • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is an advantage.
    • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and core JavaScript concepts.
    • Familiarity with modern front‑end approaches (e.g. modular or component‑based development) is desirable.
    • Awareness of responsive and mobile‑first design principles.
    • Understanding of web accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
    • Exposure to performance optimisation concepts (e.g. load speed, image optimisation, efficient code practices).
    • Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
    • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar).
    • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content and structure impact visibility.
    • Awareness of cross‑browser compatibility and testing approaches.
  • Personal attributes: Strong team player, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders; willingness to learn, take feedback and develop technical and professional skills; practical and proactive approach to problem solving; clear communicator, able to explain ideas in a structured way; strong focus on delivering a high‑quality experience for users; positive, flexible attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Why this role
