Jacobs Ireland is seeking a Wastewater Modeller to contribute to major wastewater and drainage programmes across Ireland. The role involves developing hydraulic models, collaborating with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, and delivering data-driven solutions from feasibility to design and implementation.

You will work on projects spanning urban drainage, CSO compliance and flood risk, supporting climate resilience and sustainable water infrastructure in Ireland.

Qualificações

• Experience in wastewater and drainage modelling.
• Proven ability to deliver technical projects in the Irish water sector.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support technical delivery of projects with Project Managers.
• Develop and maintain wastewater hydraulic models (InfoWorks ICM).
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across diverse projects.
• Undertake optioneering for sewer flooding and CSO compliance.
• Investigate and resolve network issues.
• Manage surveys to support model updates.
• Review contractor submissions weekly.
• Deliver hydraulic modelling studies and reports.
• Develop modelling solutions to mitigate development impacts.
• Assist with cost estimates and budgets.
• Supervise site surveys and field investigations.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables.
• Mentor graduates and technicians.
