• Strong experience delivering hydrological and catchment assessments.
• Proven project and team leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Membership of or progress towards CIWEM or a relevant professional institution.
• Interest in innovation, sustainability and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrological investigations, modelling and catchment assessments.
• Support environmental and water resources projects from feasibility to construction.
• Provide technical leadership and QA on complex projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and build client relationships.
