Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Dublin seeks a Warehouse Administrator to manage daily warehouse operations, receive inbound goods, issue outbound goods, and coordinate deliveries. You will work under the Warehouse Manager and ensure compliance with GDP standards and health and safety policies in a busy logistics environment.

Key responsibilities include operating the warehouse management system, organizing stock control, and supporting audits while maintaining accurate records and timely communication

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with warehouse inventory systems.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent typing and data management skills.
• Strong stock control experience in warehouse settings.
• Leaving certificate and IT skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with revenue and international trade legislation and company policies (H&S, Quality, Environmental, HR).
• Participate in implementing operational processes and GDP standards for Life Science business where required.
• Receive inbound goods and issue outbound goods in warehouse systems.
• Organise deliveries according to delivery schedule and load/unload shipments.
• Operate warehouse management systems and inventory tools; monitor and report discrepancies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and PPE adherence; participate in cycle counts and stock checks.
• Facilitate customer and quality audits and communicate issues to supervisors when needed.
