Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the DHL Global Forwarding unit. You will handle warehouse tasks, operate forklifts, and support daily inbound/outbound movements in a busy cross-docking environment.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in a cross-docking warehouse, a Leaving certificate, and fluent counterbalance forklift skills (license preferred). You will work Monday to Thursday 2.00pm-9.00pm and Friday 2.00pm-2.00am.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a cross docking warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Takes part in all cleaning functions daily and signs off check sheet.
• Load & Offload domestic and international vehicles, mark manifests and notify discrepancies and damages.
• Ordering, stock control and maintenance of warehouse supplies/ equipment.
• Monitors day to day H&S in the warehouse and highlight areas of concern.
