Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our Dublin site on Robinhood Road. The role focuses on the administration of warehouse operations and GDP-compliant processes, with duties spanning goods receipt, issue, and documentation.

You will work with the warehouse team to maintain stock accuracy, data entry, and use of warehouse systems, while adhering to health and safety guidelines. This is a full-time on-site role in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inventory management systems.
• 2 years experience with Outlook and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Strong data management and data entry in WMS.
• Leaving certificate and IT skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational compliance to revenue and trade legislation and company policies; support safety and environmental programs.
• Receive inbound goods in warehouse systems and issue outbound goods.
• Organise deliveries according to schedule and ensure accurate manifests and stock checks.
• Operate warehouse management systems and complete related documentation.
