Job summary

Gourmet Food Parlour is opening a new restaurant at 8th Lock, Ashtown, Dublin 11, and we’re hiring front of house waiting staff for an immediate start next week. Join the opening team to help shape guest experiences from day one.

We value previous hospitality or customer service experience, a friendly, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Daytime, evening and weekend shifts available as we grow with the business.

• Have previous experience in hospitality, restaurants or customer service
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great service
• Have a positive and friendly approach
• Work well as part of a team

We’re getting ready to open our newest Gourmet Food Parlour restaurant at 8th Lock, Ashtown, Dublin 11, and we still have a few front of house waiting staff , hopefully for an immediate start next week.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us from the very beginning and be part of creating a brand-new restaurant and team.

Gourmet Food Parlour has grown from a single café into one of Ireland’s leading hospitality businesses, with restaurants and catering operations across Dublin and Galway. We’re known for great food, friendly service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

About You

We’re looking for people who:

• Have previous experience in hospitality, restaurants or customer service
