Join the Opening Team at Gourmet Food Parlour

We're getting ready to open our newest Gourmet Food Parlour restaurant at 8th Lock, Ashtown, Dublin 11, and we still have a few front of house waiting staff , hopefully for an immediate start next week.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us from the very beginning and be part of creating a brand-new restaurant and team.

Gourmet Food Parlour has grown from a single cafe into one of Ireland's leading hospitality businesses, with restaurants and catering operations across Dublin and Galway. We're known for great food, friendly service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

About You

We're looking for people who:

• Have previous experience in hospitality, restaurants or customer service
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great service
• Have a positive and friendly approach
• Work well as part of a team
• Are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Have flexibility to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts
