Job summary

The White Horse, a busy gastro pub on the outskirts of Cork City, is seeking a Front of House professional to deliver high-quality service and a memorable guest experience. You will join a fast-paced, creative hospitality team with a passion for the food industry.

We offer both full-time positions with some evenings and weekends, and part-time positions. Fluent English and a strong customer-service mindset are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar Front of House role.
• Fluent spoken English is essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced, creative hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food and drinks orders, and deliver orders professionally.
• Report to the Floor Manager and maintain high standards of service.
• Team-focused approach and positive collaboration with staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge gained from similar positions within a fast paced dynamic environment and have a true passion for the food industry.

Full time position with some evening and some weekends hours

Part time position available as well

Duties to include:

• Greeting, taking food and drinks orders, deliver professionally the orders
• Reporting to the Floor Manager
• Have a positive team player approach.
• 3-5 years previous experience gained in a similar position within a highly creative environment.
• Fluent spoken English.
