Job summary

The White Horse, a busy gastro pub on the outskirts of Cork City, is seeking a passionate bar professional to join its team. The role focuses on high-quality drink service within a fast-paced, creative environment and requires a strong mixology skillset, fluent English, and a team-first attitude.

On-site position with responsibility for drink preparation and supporting the front-of-house during peak times or manager absence. A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years previous experience gained in a similar position within a highly creative environment.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Mixology knowledge.
• Supervise the bar team in absence of the Front of House Manager.
• Preparing drinks ordered as required.
• Have a positive team player approach.
