We are now recruiting a full time restaurant manager for our busy restaurant in Cork city to join our existing management team.

We are a restaurant of 140 covers over 2 floor in the heart of Cork and we are dedictaed to providing the best possible food, working closely with local producers and showcasing the best irish proiduce. we open 7 days per week.

Our dedicated and award wining team woek closely to ensure the best possible guest experience. Our service style is warm, informative and welcoming. we are a certified great Place to Work for the 3rd year in a row and celebrate our 20th year in business in 2027.

You will join a professional and motivated management team that is well supported and resourced. You will work closely with out owners to ensrie that the standards that we offer continue to develop and that all guest requirments are met.

You will have at leats 4 years management experience in a similar settin. You'll be financially and computer literate, used to manageing and working with a comitted team and be intersted in all of the further growth opportunities our company has to offer.
