Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Process Engineering Work Centre Head to lead the Limerick wafer fabrication work centre. You will own safety, process capability, quality performance, and tool effectiveness while delivering output commitments and improving cycle time.

You will build a high-performing engineering organisation, drive technology development and ensure successful transfer of new processes into high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Extensive semiconductor wafer fabrication and process engineering experience.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and technical organisations.
• Strong understanding of process control, yield improvement, and quality systems.
• Experience with analogue, CMOS, BiCMOS, MEMS or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with EH&S standards.
• Own process capability, quality performance, SPC compliance and defect reduction.
• Ensure output commitments and drive cycle time improvements and throughput.
• Own tool availability and asset effectiveness to maximise uptime and cost efficiency.
• Support development and ramp of new process technologies and capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop process engineers and technical leaders.
