Job summary

You will lead cross-functional problem-solving activities, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Process, Design, Failure Analysis, and Reliability teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in semiconductor manufacturing, and the ability to work across departments to deliver world-class quality.

Qualifications

• MS in Engineering with 3+ years of experience or BSc in Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in semiconductor industry functional areas like Quality, Process, Product, and/or Yield engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes with experience in process and device-related defect characterization and failure mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead/cac? collaborate with cross-functional teams to close complex quality issues from initiation to closure.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving to drive root-cause investigation and containment.
• Interpret SEM/TEM images and EDX data to solve electrical and defect problems.
• Evaluate non-conforming material and support disposition decisions.
• Train and mentor other Quality/Process Engineers on core tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA).
• Participate in audits and review customer-specific requirements.
